Customer Service Representative (CSR).
Full-time job.
We are currently looking to fill a full-time position at our Frederick and Hagerstown, MD locations. The requirements and a brief description of the position are listed below.

Requirements:

Must have at least 3 years of previous Customer Service Skills.
Minimum of High School Diploma.
Must have reliable vehicle.
Job responsibilities may be split between the Frederick and the Hagerstown branches, so you must be willing to travel between branches as needed.
Must be very well organized, punctual and professional.
Must have meticulous attention to detail. Data entry experience is a plus.
Previous Medical Office experience is not necessary, but a plus.

Job Outline:

This is the first person a customer sees and hears, so this individual must be well-kept, professional and willing to help the customers.
While providing exceptional customer service, CSRs must verify patient eligibility for equipment/service.
CSRs need to gather and verify current demographic information, including insurance, treatment diagnosis, and authorizations.
This also includes ensuring that proper documentation is completed correctly before scanning to patient chart understanding patient’s needs and recommending the best product for them.
CSRs are responsible for organizing and maintaining all client/patient records and DME files.
CSRs schedule deliveries with clients after procuring the sale of the medical equipment.
Using proper business and customer service etiquette, the CSR answers phones and takes client calls regarding questions with invoices.
Adding on to sales and being able to build an additional sale.
Complying with all applicable policy and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
